BioA teenaged girl who, along with her twin brother, was kidnapped, experimented on, and finally turned into a cyborg by Dr Gero of the Red Ribbon Army. Unfortunately for him, Gero focused so much on making the twins powerful that he was unable to override their free will; hating him for what he did to them, their first act upon release was to kill their creator.
#18 isn't a bad person, however. Sure, she has a record of petty crimes a mile long - and sure, her personality is somewhat cold and distant - but she's never killed anyone, spares the lives of her enemies, and reforms her evil ways the moment she's given a chance. Well, so long as you don't count extortion as "evil."
